Thermasol outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer, with shipping included. Once the delivery appointment is scheduled, customers are notified in advance, so they have time to prepare the installation site.
Because of the size and weight of the sauna, a forklift or crane is required for unloading and placement at the installation site. Arranging this equipment is the customer’s responsibility. Manual offloading is not recommended.
Please ensure appropriate equipment is available at the time of delivery and that the path from the delivery point to the final placement location is clear and accessible for machinery.
The sauna should be installed on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage, such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
